New Academic Affiliation
We are pleased to announce a new academic affiliation with The Queen’s Health Systems (QHS). This new affiliation will allow University Health Partners of Hawaii (UHP), the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM) and Queen’s to:
- better serve you by providing a larger care network
- increase pathways to your health
- expand medical education and research in Hawaii.
The transition will not change the insurance plans currently accepted (including Medicare and MedQUEST) and your electronic medical records will automatically be carried over into the QHS system. If you would like a copy of your medical records, you may make a request to UHP at medrecs@ucera.org or call (808) 469-4924. There may be a fee associated with this request and a written patient authorization may be required.
Any appointments you may already have will not be affected. We stand committed to preserving and continuing care for you and our community.
